Return and Refund Policy


At Mivason International LLC, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering high-quality design services. Due to the custom, creative, and intellectual nature of our services, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

1. Project Commencement and Non-Refundable Deposits Once a project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) has been approved and the initial deposit (e.g., 50% of the total project fee) has been paid, Mivason International LLC begins dedicating time, resources, and creative effort to your project. Therefore, initial deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover the preliminary work, research, conceptualization, and resource allocation.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Before Work Commences: If a project is canceled by the client before any design work, research, or creative efforts have begun (as determined by Mivason International LLC), a full refund of the initial deposit may be issued, minus any transaction fees incurred.
  • Failure to Deliver: If Mivason International LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the SOW, and the failure is directly attributable to our actions or inaction, a refund may be provided for the unfulfilled portion of the work.
  • Dissatisfaction at Early Stages (Prior to Major Milestones): While we strive for complete client satisfaction, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the initial concepts presented and wish to terminate the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund only if the project is canceled before proceeding to major development or finalization milestones. The refundable amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point.

3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • After Deliverables are Approved/Finalized: Once final deliverables have been approved by the client and full payment has been made, no refunds will be provided.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for “change of mind” decisions after work has commenced.
  • Client Delays/Lack of Feedback: Projects that are delayed or stalled due to insufficient client communication, lack of feedback, or failure to provide necessary content/materials will not be eligible for refunds for work already completed.
  • Disputes over Subjective Taste: Design is subjective. While we aim for satisfaction, disputes purely based on subjective aesthetic preference after extensive revisions or approval of concepts will not warrant a refund.

4. Refund Process All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@milvasoninternationalllc.com. Please include your project name, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Mivason International LLC will review the request within 10-15 business days and communicate a decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-20 business days to the original method of payment where possible.

5. Revisions vs. Refunds We encourage open communication throughout the project. Our goal is to achieve your satisfaction through collaborative revisions within the agreed project scope rather than resorting to cancellations or refunds.
